Well at a party I took this in and got many rants and cheers over it.

6oz 60L Crystal Malt
6oz Chocolate Malt
3oz Black malt

60 min boil
1oz Yakima Mag hop pellets
6lb DME
2 cups Brown Sugar

After 45min
1oz East Kent hop pellets
1qt of tea (boiled water and steeped 4 litpon tea bags for 12 min exactly)
***don't know about the tea but added it for fun***

After 58 minutes
1oz East Kent hop pellets

I added Wyeast 3726 Farmhouse yeast, BUT when it gets warmer will try and use 3724 Saison yeast.

I noted that after 1 month beer was not bad and could taste the spice of the farmhouse yeast. After 3 months it was well blended.
I will try the Saison to add a bit more spice to it.

Farmhouse and Saison have a very high temp they like which is like 80+ degrees. LOL

Enjoy and feel free to share your thoughts with me on this beer.
