ingredients list

Im brewing a Chocolate stout next weekend and was entering the recipe into Beersmith and promash. The recipe calls for both cocoa powder and chocolate extract. I cant find these ingredients in the softwares list. Is there a way to add them?

It's a plain adjunct, not a fermentable. It will do nothing to the beer in terms of fermenting.
If it's not listed then just add it under misc.

I am adding my ingredients to the Recipe list and notice that if I add an ingredient that isn't in the list it asks for the Color and potential gravity. Where would I find this info?
