So the farmer who's raspberries my bees pollinate throws away huge quantities of over ripe raspberries every day during the season. What with me being of Scottish extraction and all I didn't want them to go to waste, so I took a bunch, mixed it with honey from that very same farm and fermented it. Drinkable in 6 weeks (believe it or not) it really tastes like raspberries and is about 10-12% alcohol, so it's like a lighter Zin for comparison. And it's real purdy
