I am trying to find a partial mash recipe for a replica Hoegaarden White.
I just finished brewing my Oktoberfest beer today. I know I am little late, but just got around to it today. The house smells wonderful with the scent of sweet grain and boiling wort. Who needs the smell of pine trees at Christmas when you have the beautiful aroma of homebrew?
My wife (who does not like beer or even homebrew) came home and remarked that the house smelled like a brewery. I guess she meant this to be derogatory, but to me it was the best complement she could ever give a homebrewer!
