So Im trying to make a wheat stout.. does this look ok? Especially the stuff in bold?

3.3lbs John Bull Dark Malt Extract (or should I use 3.3lbs of Wheat Malt Extract?)
4lbs Wheat malt
0.5lbs Chocolate Malt
0.5lbs Crystal Malt
0.25lbs Roasted Barley
2oz Cascade hops (60min)?
Weizen yeast ie. WLP380? Ale yeast?

Well it looks ok but I think it will finish a little sweet. The general crass I am getting when I put it into BeerTools is an American Stout 13E. Your color is super dark,50srm. You could switch out the dark LME with Amber and it would still be pretty dark about 30 SRM. The Weizen yeast? why? any nice flavors that it may produce will be covered by the roasty flavor I think.
Cascade 2oz. You will need a flavor addition but with just the 2 @60min you end at 41 IBU not to bad on IBU but you have alot of roasty flavors in there and this will still not be too dry. I would toss in .5@30 also. to balance out the sweetness.
