I know its not appropriate for all styles but for whatever reason my second beer. . . a winter spiced ale, came out with the thickest, creamiest head.:mug: The kind that gives you a head mustache when you take your first sip. Anybody else look for this in their beers?

Edit for serious answer: Yes, especially a saison, poured into a slightly tulip-shaped glass, with a big column of foam sticking up over the rim. Like marengue. Merengue. Meringue. Ha, knew I'd get it eventually, take that, stupid spellchecker.
 
Yes, how do I get this for all my beer! Teach me the ways of the cream head.
