Hey guys,
Today we visited the Pelgrim Brewery in Rotterdam, after tasting a few beers we decided to purchase some bottles to take home too. We came home with a 750ml/25 oz bottle of Chocolate stout (6.5% abv) for 10.00/$13.50, and a 750ml/25 oz bottle of strong Spiced Winterbeer (9.5% abv) for 10.00/$13.50.
We want to drink them next friday, but because these are expensive and high quality beers we'd like to enjoy them to the max! So we want to ask you guys for advice, in terms of glass type, serving temperature etc., on how to get the best out of a Chocolate stout and a strong Spiced Winterbeer.
Thanks in advance!
