I've brewed 2 of them. They are a great refreshing drink. I like what Cascade Brewing in Portland does; a different flavor combo for each season.

A guy in my club is trying to hone his gose recipe. He's spent a lot of time researching the style. The salt in the beer is a really different twist. He's had some versions that were downright salty and others that were a bit more understated.
 
I think I have gotten the salt level about where I like it in the my past 2 recipes. But it is fairly easy to add salt to taste in your finished beer. Just make your own salt solution and make sure to boil enough to sanitize
