Title says it all. Want to make an Imperial Porter that has strong flavors a brownie. Right now I've got Pale malt, Munich, and 6% Cara 60, 4% Chocolate(350), 3% Pale chocolate. Also adding 8oz cocoa powder @ 2min per Jamil's Chocolate porter. Thinking some vanilla beans in secondary couldn't hurt either. Hops are Fuggle, Northern Brewer, and Willamette. Any suggestions for this recipe to really kick up the chocolate flavor and aim for brownies?

I'd move up the chocolate malt to maybe 8 or 9 percent and maybe add flaked oats to add more complexity to the mouthfeel.

In my chocolate stouts, I've used as much as 15% chocolate malt, but that wouldn't leave much of the breadiness necessary to resemble brownies. Some lactose in secondary couldn't hurt either.
