Hey all,
Pretty much every recipe I have found for a California Common/ Anchor Steam style beer has Northern Brewer Hops in it. Yes, I know its because Anchor is really the benchmark for the style, but with that said, has anyone tried making one with something else? One of the "C" hops perhaps? I have everything to make a that style except the Northern Brewer hops.
Ideas? Inspiration?
