I'm making a 2.5 gallon bitter and looking to jazz it up a bit for summer. I'll be adding a touch of crushed coriander - along the lines of .1 oz - but I'm not sure whether to pair that with lemon or orange and was hoping for a little advice. Note- I haven't found any bitter oranges where I live and would probably have to us navel orange zest.

Here's the recipe:

4 lbs 12 oz pale 2-row
4 oz Aromatic
4 oz Crystal 60
2 oz Special Roast

.13 oz Challenger 60 min
.13 oz Northern Brewer 60 min
.13 oz Target 60 min
.13 oz Challenger 15 min
.13 oz Northern Brewer 15 min

Safale S-04 Yeast

Given the hops profile, am I better off with lemons or sweet orange - and how much of either should I add at flameout?
