3 cups self rising flour
2 tablespoons sugar
12 ounces Beer, room temp

In a mixing bowl combine flour and sugar. Add beer. Mix well. Place in a greased loaf pan and bake at 375 for 50-60 minutes. Brush with melted butter.

This goes really good with a Knorr spinach pesto dip.

INGREDIENTS
1 package Knorr ® Cream of Spinach recipe mix
1/2 cup Hellmann's ® or Best Foods ® Real Mayonnaise
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts, toasted
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed

Combine all ingredients. Chill, if desired. Serve with your favorite dippers. (We like veggies and breadsticks).
