I was browsing the Recipe Database, and I was wondering which Lager Recipes you might recommend ?

I want to brew 2-3 lagers in the next couple of weeks.

I have a Pilsener/Steam that I'm brewing right now with WPL810 San Francisco Lager Yeast, and I expect to have enough yeast left over from it to do 2-3 good lagers, and since the weathers gotten colder I'm having no problem keeping my temps in the 50s.

Any recommendations of Lager's you've enjoyed that would work well with this yeast ?

I'd stick with the lighter, somewhat less malty lagers. Pilsner, Helles, Marzen, or Vienna lager would probably be good options.

I can't recommend my Golden Lager recipe enough. Sure, it's decoction, but the trouble of decoc is SO worth the maltiness. IF you're a malt fan, of course.

Check out my recipe pulldown.
