I read the directions wrong and added sugar to my wort after I had already boiled it and put in the primary. I did boil a small amt of water added 3 cups as recomended for the Devil Red Ale and stirred briskly. Think I'm ok?

I read the directions 3 times after my first mistake and do not see anything about how much corn sugar to add to my batch to prime prior to bottling. Kit makes 13.5 liters. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for the help

I'm not familiar with particular the brew your making, but 3/4 cup is about the right amount for most 5 gallon (19 litre) recipes. For your 13.5 litre recipe.....3/4*13.5/19= about 1/2 cup.
