Looks yummy! I personally would get rid of the Cara-pils though. I would also move the Amarillo and Simcoe (30) minute addition to within the last 15 mins of the boil. Just my $0.02

Well im into the hop burst thing, and was getting away from real bitter ipa's, but still like to bitter with 60min addition, here is how i did my last pale, I just cracked one today, very smooth bitterness.
malts:
9lb pale 2 row
1lb munich
.25lb carapils
.5lb carastan
.33 golden naked oats

Hop scedule:
.25oz simcoe @ 60 pellets
.25oz nelson sauvin @ 60 pellets

.25oz simcoe @ 20 pellets
.25oz nelson sauvin @ 20 pellets

Same additions for 10 minutes.
then 1oz of nelson sauvin @ 5 adding gradually until flameout.

Then dryhopped with 1oz of cascade leaf in secondary.
Man this is the best brew i have ever done, although its my first water adjusted, and mash ph adjusted brew, Taste like a grapefruit bomb, and i love it, good luck.

Btw, Ive only got about 3 AG batches under me, but I highly recommend some beer ph test strips, and/or some 5.2 stabilizer, i used a little bit of acid blend for my mash, i feel my efficiency improved over my last batch.
