I brewed a "lets see what happens beer" saturday.

12lb bel pils
4 oz special b
8 oz ger wheat malt
12 oz dark d2 sugar added for 5 min boil

90 min mash @ 150
90 min boil

White labs 530 fermed at 75 deg.

1.5 oz uk kent goldings for 60 min.

5.5 gal batch.

Any thoughts? Ill post how it comes out.
