I know refractometers work I was just wondering if a 20 dollar on would be good. Or if I should save up for the one at morebeer for 60. Just worried about quality and value

Looks just like the $25 model I bought off ebay, works great, every once in a while I double check it with distilled water and again vs my hydrometers and its spot on. One of the best $25 I have spent.

It should be fine. FWIW, remember that the refractometer itself needs to be in a certain temp range to work properly. I was storing mine in a cold garage and found that my calcs were off. It's a solid piece of metal so it will take time to warm up. Now, I just keep mine inside.

I have had the ATC version of this refractometer since I started AG brewing over a year and a half ago. It is very substantial, and works fine. I'm very happy with it.
