I know it's a matter of preference, but for those of you that have added bourbon at bottling, how much to a 5 gal batch was deemed acceptable before it got out of hand on taste?

I went with a full cup. Should be interesting. Luckily I like bourbon. .

I've added as much as 12 ounces
Sounds good though. Post back when you sample it.

16 oz added.
Tastes AMAZING after barely a week in the bottle. Can't wait to taste it in a month!
