I have all my AG equipment and plan on brewing my first AG tomorrow. I tried to convert an extract that I had brewed. And was wondering if this sounds right and if it looks ok.

Extract:
6 lb. wheat DME
1 lb light DME
1 lb Flaked wheat
1 lb Carapils

So I came up with this for AG:

7.5 lbs 2 row
3.5 lbs wheat
1 lb carapils
.5 lb Flaked wheat
1 lb of Rice hulls

That's a lot carapils. If that's what you had in the original then I guess it works. You are going to want something along the line of around 50-55% wheat to make this a wheat beer.

Maybe 5 lbs 2 row
6 lbs wheat

I am out of my depth on rice hulls cause I don't use 'em but a lb ought to be about right?
