Here is a honey rye mead I started
Dec 3 ,2022.
Using Red Star Premier Rouge yeast..
Clearing up very nicely..

My pineapple bochet is so delicious, I already started buying more fresh pineapples to make another big batch.

Some mead mail that went out recently
I really like the idea of packaging mead in those little bottles. I have a whole box I generally use for hot sauce and simple syrups, but now I will be trying this. I can't believe this never occurred to me. They are a bit cheaper than the 187ml bottles I have used in the past.

Homebrewed mead flight left to right traditional 13.5% clover honey mead, traditional 14.3% fall wildflower mead, clover honey with blackberries and raspberry 18%, and clover/wildflower honey with blueberries aged on french oak 19.3%. The 2 in the snifter glass are clear but have a chill haze from cold crashing .
