I don't know where else to ask this. My wife has a sugar intolerance - not just because it is fattening. I would like to make a sugar free soda but can't seem to find any information on this. Could this be made with artificial sweetener and force carbonated with a keg/CO2 system? Does anyone happen to have a recipe or link for this?

Yes, you should be able to force carbonate any beverage in a Keg. But I'm not sure where to find sugar free soda recipes . You may try replacing the sugar in a soda recipe with sweetener.

I'd tend to use the same artificial sweetener that the wifey is used to- she probably has a favorite a diet soda now.

If you do try stevia WATCH OUT!! A little goes a long way. I tried it a few times being a diabetic myself but couldnt handle the taste.
