I just saw this on YouTube.com



How does one do this? From what I've read, it has something to do with "Supercooling", but how does one recreate this?

There's a tempurature you can drop beer to that, once you release the head pressure in the bottle, the beer will freeze up instantly.

It's not really all that cold either. I've had it happen in a cooler of water. Also in a bar cooler. It's jsut a matter of a specific temp for a specific CO2 content, I think because beers right next to each other in that cooler at work (different brands) had different reactions to that temp.
 
I saw that originally on Collegehumor.com, the thing is it's not instant, he left the beer in the freezer for a day before he remembered. He took it out, when he disturbed the liquid it froze...
