Does anyone have a good mash temp for oatmeal stout? I got a kit that says 150, seems a bit low to me especially since I want some residual sugars.

I was thinking 154-155ish, and putting a bit of dark DME in there to give it some extra alcohol content. I'd like 6-6.5% abv with a heavier, sweeter body.

Oh yeah and I'm using Danstar Windsor... which is on the other hand moderate attenuation so I don't want to mash too high and leave it too much non-fermentable sugars and get a black milkshake.

hmm
