I'm preparing to make a batch of Vanilla Carmel Cream Ale and the recipe calls for Caramel 60. I have Crystal 60, is there a huge difference in flavor? or is it just a color difference? I'm using 1Lb as a steeping grain.
 
Caramel & Crystal are interchangeable terms, so it should turn out exactly how you expect!
