I am new to all grain brewing and was wondering how can i convert a recipe from extract to all grain? Here it is:

Weizenbier

5 gallons

Starting Gravity: 1.048 - 1.052
Final Gravity: 1.010 - 1.014
Alcohol by Volume: 4.0% - 5.0%
Hop IBUs: 10 - 15

6.6 lbs Plain wheat malt extract
1 oz French Strisselspalt (bittering)
½ oz French Strisselspalt (finishing)
WLP300 yeast

Download the free trial of BeerSmith, you can convert it with that.
