I normally don't do a diacetal rest because I pitch and ferment my lagers at 47F but they'd been going for two weeks and gravity of the one batch (with W34/70) was 1.014 (Im expecting FG of 1.010) and, I had another beer I wanted to cold crash. So I removed both fermenters to room temp. The trouble is the other batch, that I didn't check (Munich 2308) was only at 1.022 (from 1.040). Am I going to get diacetal from the last 10 points fermenting at room temp (+-61F)?

Usually pulling out a lager when it is about 3/4 the way done is the way to go for a rest but all the same as long as you give the yeast time to convert any diacetyl before racking, you should be good.
