Hi I have some lagers I want crystal clear, I will be using a fining of some sort because I like the results. However, in a lager I am concerned about introducing oxygen when I use the gelatin. These will continue to clear until sept 21, but I have found that the beer continues to clear after it is pretty clear via gelatin.

However, I know that with gelatine I will introduce a small amount of oxygen, is this a legitimate concern?

How would biofine stack up? I figure using a lesser amount of liquid will introduce less o2

I will boil the water and cool it to 160 before adding the gelatine too.

Thanks a ton.

I don't think you will be introducing enough oxygen with gelatin to notice. Pre-boiling the water should help as you mentioned. I use gelatin in all my beers, and have never had adverse effects.
