trying to work with frozen wyeast packet

So my wyeast packet ended up freezing so I let it thaw to make a starter. I smacked the pack and within four hours it was completely swollen. Does that mean a lot survived? I added it to some dme andwater now I'm just waiting. The yeast is clumping on the bottom. Does this sound like its gonna be alright?
 
If it swelled you're good to go. Just give it some time. And like the last guy said, keep it agitated as much as possible.
