the steam kettle heats fast and holds temps alot better than a propane burner and stock pot. i also used the 50 gal stock pot next to it which was hooked up to a natural gas burner that heats hard and fast as well. nothing like brewing up a 20ish gallon all grain batch. the steam kettle also has a spigotm at the bottom and a faucet on top for direct drainage and water access.

god that was fun.

sweet man, thats cool. what is it that you brewed?

Also, to 20gallon guys, do you have 4 carboys now filled with fermenting beer?

yes sir! it fermented well and is in the secondary right now.

i brewed a basic wheat. my boss then wanted fruit wheats, so two are plain, one has cherry juice in it, and one raspberry. you should see the home made wines and other types of alcoholic beverages he has in his basement. his home made cellar is insane as well. i'll try to post some pics of that. i just got him going on the brew.

the max size we can do is 50 gallons too. :rockin:
