what do you guys think about this recipe.

1. 3.3 lbs mutons wheat
2. 3.0 lbs mutons light # 3
a. .5 american carmel
b. .5 crystal malt
c. 1lb flaked wheat

hops=1.5 centennial for 60min and 1.0 hallertauer for 15min at end of boil

american wheat yeast

3 or 4 lbs of fruit in the secondary for approximately 7 days then transfer for a another week to clear.

what do you guys think of this, its my first attempt at my own recipe.

thanks

Naw keep it simple

6.6 lbs Wheat LME

1 oz Hallertau 60

add berry extract at bottle/keg

I did an AG version with raspberry extract. Turned out really well, and I didn;t have to worry about the mess the fruit would have caused in the secondary.

that was pretty close to my own personal rec. ive been working so now im trying to tweak it a bit and give it some more flavor.
