I believe this shows the proper way to open your beer bottles. If not, let me know.

That video is exactly what my time in germany was like. Those guys could open bottles with anything. For example, I was at a cookout one day and, while carrying on a conversation, this one guys just put his beer under the picnic table with one hand and it came back without a lid. It was nuts. I was amazed and made it my quest to learn all their ways. Like in the video, I learned to open beer bottles with a sheet of newspaper. It's a great party trick.

So now i can open them with nearly anything - spoons, forks, tables, keys, sticks, rocks, newspaper, another beer bottle, whatever.
