Where to go in Portland and Tacoma?
My brother, also brews and got me into it, is doing a biz trip to Portland and then driving to Tacoma. I have been to Rogue Brewery a long time ago, so it should only be better, but where else is there between the two cities he could visit? Thanks, MPW

If I can find anything else to help you, i'll post. But for now i gotta get back to work, my boss is gonna get pissed.

SE 7th just off of Hawthorne is Roots Brewing. I haven't been there yet, but I did taste the brewers work at Port Halling. Excellent!!! And if you care about such things Craig brews organic.
It it right off the #14 bus route in Portland.
Now that I am back to work after 20 weeks on unemployment I will be checking it out in a few paydays.

I have tried a few of the Roots beers, but have have never spent time at the pub. Really good stuff. their (i dont remeber the name) hoppless herbal beer was actually good. Oh, and I forgot to mention Hair Of The Dog, they have some of the best stuff around. Gosh! So many beers, so little time!
