Hey all,
I've put together a pale ale recipe and just wanted your input. I've brewed my first ipa with just carapils and it turned out awesome (hop forward and not sweet) So I'm really looking for a nice drinkable pale ale this time with a good amount of hops.
I've attached my recipe. I plan on using zythos and calypso but was also thinking about using calypso for bittering then using citra, cascade and calypso for late addition hops. Please let me know what you guys think! Thanks
