Control Panel, 2 circuits, RIMS and boil kettle

I'm in the process of gathering parts for my electronic brewery control panel build, and looking to get some feedback and suggestions. I will be controlling two heating elements on two separate circuits, a 20A 120V circuit for a 1500W RIMS tube and pump, and a 240V 30A circuit for a 5500W brew kettle element and pump. Both circuits are GFCI protected.

The parts list for the 120V 20A circuit:

20A flanged receptacle for element power cable

I have attached a diagram of the panel layout and the circuit. I have not yet added the wiring for the PID->alarm, I'll do that last, most likely.

Does anyone see any problems with this set up, or have any suggestions for improvement? Sorry for the long post.
