Where do you buy CPVC ? Will regular PVC work ? What's everyone else using ?

CPVC plumbing pipe is for use with hot water. Regular pvc will soften when exposed to even moderately elevated temperatures. You can find cpvc at Home Depot or Lowes and most any other place that carries plumbing supplies. You can visually differentiate them as the cpvc is sort of a light golden color (off white) and the regular pvc is brilliantly white-white. It should also be labled on the pipe itself. The cpvc will withstand boiling temperature wort. Whether this is completely safe or even a good idea, you will have to determine for yourself.
