I'm working on my first lager, and have had it bottled for about a week at 62ºF. I cracked one today...Ummmmm, but it is not quite carbonated. I'm thinking it should be done in about a week. Dose any one have experience with Lagering have some words of advice?

Here is a Pic of the Black Lager

If you lagered at near freezing temps for a while you will need to add new yeast to your beer. The yeast cells die after a while and the ones that survive lose viability. I can't tell you exactly how much , I have only done one lager and I kegged it, but I know that you should use less than 1 dried yeast packet.
