When I bottle from a primed keg for a competition, how much do I need to worry about carbonation loss or will it stay prtty close to how it goes into the bottle?

Do I boost carb level a bit before bottling?
Is this something I wanna do at the last possible moment to keep carb levels up?

thanks,

When I bottle off the keg I usually turn up the gas a couple of psi a couple of daYs before. On. Occasion I've forgot.....and honestly I couldn't tell the difference. Guess that's why I'm not a judge...lol

Not an expert but I bottle from my kegs and the only thing I do is insert a racking tube into a picknick tap so it doesn't foam and turn my psi down to 5psi or so...slow pour to also reduce the foaming. Works for me:)
