Is there a reference somewhere that describes beer styles?
Like, is a Porter a full, medioum, or light bodied beer? How about an Irish Red?
I only have one book, and its not in there that I know of. (Brewmasters Bible)

The reason I am asking, is so that I will know what steeping temps to keep for the grains while doing AG batches.
Thanks

I'd like to see some sort of recommendation list.

If you like Anchor Steam Porter, then you'll like these types of beers too. Etc, etc, etc.

Here you go.

Mouthfeel: Medium to medium-full body. Moderately low to moderately high carbonation. Stronger versions may have a slight alcohol warmth. May have a slight astringency from roasted grains, although this character should not be strong.

So, it refers to the Mouth feel, ok, the light has gone on and learning has occured.

I didnt know that. So it did say it, I jsut didnt know what I was looking at....again.
Thanks Guys.
Josh
