I've brewed this for the past 3 years. It takes about 3 months to age, mainly for the spice levels to mellow out. Given your timeline you may want to cut them in half.
11 lbs Pale Malt, Maris Otter
1.5 lbs Crystal 80L
4 oz Chocolate Malt
2.5 oz Cluster (60 min)
0.5 oz Cascade (15 min)
The following are all added 5 minutes from flameout.
.83 oz Bitter Orange Peel (Freshly Grated)
1 tsp Cardamom
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ginger
12 whole cloves
8 oz Molasses
Wyeast 1056 Yeast
