Looking into incorporating raisins into a Chocolate Stout of some sort. Has anyone used raisins in any of their recipes? Using all-grain. Not sure on my grains and hops yet.
 
I've only used raisins in a Hop wine. 3 ounces of hops in a gallon and 8 ounces of raisins. Two years later, the raisins still dominate the flavor.
 
When should I add the raisins? The mash? End of the wort boil? Or add them in the fermentation process?
