Imagine a 9.5% Left Coast IPA, aged in wine barrels for two months and finished methode champaign. I'm toasting the arrival of my final prototype. Both the Brut and the prototype are very fine. The Brut has a fine hop nose, a nice malty middle, with oak and a hint of grape.

Note to self: do not drink this on an empty stomach.
