Hello from a new New Jersey home brewer. I'm gonna be honest, I'm a little buzzed right now. Slainte! I've just finished my second brew day, and I can't wait for my third. I've got a dark English ale and an American pale ale sitting around, making a big stink in my closet. Honestly, reading the beginners forum at work is the highlight of my day.
