A couple of weeks after bottling and I've lost a six pack (still two cases left, though) from explosions. Should I immediately place the remaining bottles in the fridge to prevent further carbonation, or should I let them continue to condition? BTW, I did sample one, and it is not bad (for my first batch)--nothing to brag about, but it is drinkable at this point. Thanks in advance.

Get your video camera and stick it on your remaining bottles...I've always wanted to get bottle-bombs on video!

Nevermind, I just lost another bottle. I'm moving them to the fridge now, even if they aren't completely conditioned. I just hope none of them break in the fridge. Next time, I'll be more careful with the priming and make sure they are completely fermented before bottling.
