Looking for a Sierra Nevada harvest wet hop ale clone

Not sure on the specifics of Torpedo, but pretty sure it features the new Citra hop.

As for wet hop ales, David is right. Wet hopped ales use hops that haven't been dried. They are usually straight off the bine. At this point, all the hops from last years harvest have been dried or pelletized.
 
from BYO:
14# pale malt
11oz crystal 60L
Mash at 152F. Boil for 90mins and follow hop schedule
1.2oz 14%Magnum hops (60mins
1oz Magnum hops (5 mins)
1oz Crystal hops (5mins)
0.67oz Magnum (dry hop)
0.67oz Crystal (dry hop)
0.67oz Citra (dry hop)
Wyeast 1056, WLP001, or US-05 yeast
Ferment at 68F. dry hop for 10-14days

I also have the SNPA and celebration recipes
 
I did the BYO Torpedo clone a couple months ago. While not quite a SN Torpedo, it is tasty. I just had a bottle of their Harvest Ale for the first time over the weekend. Good stuff!!

WLP001
Mash at 156F for 60mins, ferment at 66F, dry hop 5 days at 60F

SNPA:
10.25# 2-row pale
10oz crystal 60L
0.18oz Magnum (12%, 60mins)
0.7oz Perle (7%, 60mins)
1oz Cascade (5%, 15mins)
0.75oz Cascade (flameout)
0.75oz whole Cascade (dry hop)
WLP001
Mash @154F for 60mins, ferment @68F
