Hi guys,

I have a new batch of IPA (Cooper's kit with Munton's beer enhancer and dry Malt) that has been kegged for 2 weeks now (my 3rd ever brew!). Although it tastes okay, I was wondering if it is possible to add flavourings to it at this stage to give it a bit more character?

If so, what flavourings would you Brewmasters recommend?

Slainte!

:D

Dry Hop, anything else in an IPA would just be wrong. My latest Pale took two dry hoppings with three different hops before I was happy.

you could add some oak chips or essense to give it that authentic "this beer was delivered by boat from england to india in oak barrels" taste.

This is the next thing I am going to try with my IPA recipe.

Oak chips sound like a great idea- and cheaper than getting it shipped to India and back in oak casks! :p Unlikely, but is it possible to add these now that the ale is kegged and ready to drink?
