Thinking of whipping this up for the SWMBO for next holiday season. What do you think?

1.5 lbs Honey, Orange Blossom
1 lbs Honey, Wildflower
4.0 oz Honey, Buckwheat
4.0 oz Soft Brown Candi Sugar
1/2 Can Libby's Pumpkin (350F for 30 min)
1.00 items Campden Tablets
0.50 tsp Acid Blend
1.00 tsp Yeast Nutrient
0.50 tsp Yeast Energizer
0.75 Vanilla Bean (Secondary)
0.25 lb Zante Currants (Secondary)
1.00 tsp TJ's Pumpkin Pie Spice (Primary & Secondary)
