Well, i found this Imperial porter clone recipe (flying dog gonzo porter) that i want to do and started weighing out my grain the other night just to have it ready for hopefully tomorrow to brew. I've already mixed the grain but found out i used 15 lbs of 2 row instead of the 15 lbs of Pils it calls for. How much of a difference is this going to make?

In a porter, roughly no difference.
You just waved an extra 30 minutes of boil time.
