I've been researching how to wire a dual float switch to control liquid level in a grant without a clear understanding of how to do it with any certainty. I found this on ebay and it looks like it should work, but I was wondering if anyone else had used on to control a 110v chugger type pump for use with a grant vessel. They say you can use just wire for sensors, but I don't know how sanitary that would be in this application.

This is a pre-boil application, yes? So I wouldn't get hung up on sanitation (clean is good enough).

That module does look like it'd do what you're looking for. You just need a power supply that meets the spec then hook up your hot and switched lines from mains and to pump and be good to play with the depth settings for the "sensor" wires...

Cheers!
