If you have the same issue I have, I have to modify the pictures to "dynamic" or "enhanced". It doesn't seem to take the raw photograph.

This while I decided to stain the cabinet I installed in the garage for my glasses.

Surprisingly, (at least to me), these yeasts made a very noticeable difference when fermenting their Irish Red ale recipe. The Irish yeast, not surprising, produced an Irish Red tasting beer. The Scottish ale yeast actually produced more of a Scottish ale flavor than I was expecting. I preferred the Scottish Ale yeast, but I am a bigger fan of Scottish ales than Irish ales.

U.S. too. In the last six months alone we’ve stayed at least eight times at vineyards and breweries from the Finger Lakes in New York to Texas and now California, all basically for free. Except, of course, all we spend on libations with the host properties. We love us some Harvest Host!

What a terrible way to start the night drinking. This is a fruit juice to attract bugs, missing the Tequila.
Too bad it's too far to walk to the home brewery late in the night to get a beer.

De-winterized the screened gazebo out back. Took the covers off the windows, removed the lawn mower and other stuff we store in it during winter.

11% English barleywine aged for 18 months in Amarone wine barrels.



It's fantastic.

SA O'fest

Sample of my HB imperial stout brewed about 8 weeks ago. Carbed with sugar and sat at room temperature for 4 weeks, I just put it in the keezer this afternoon so it's a bit stirred up. But it's tasting good and should improve over the next few months.

Baby dried out. Drinking Dubbel sample.

HB Scottish ale. A little over a year in the bottle and still very tasty.

Mowed the lawn. Walked the dog. Poured a fizzy yellow homebrew.

Ruination 1.0. For my money, still the best double ipa out there.

Lots of people put this one down, but I've always enjoyed it. It's good, and it's available in places like where I live. A few years ago I got a sixer that had several bottles that were clearly off. I emailed Boston Brewery with the production numbers off the bottles, they mailed me a refund check and 2 of their glasses. That's good customer relations.
