I just saw a thread in the General section about adding Olive oil to beer, but did not see much on the addition to mead. Has anyone here used it to help in fermentation ? If so when do you add it ? During the steep of the honey or when the yeast is pitched ?
 
Well my thought was their is not much nutrients for yeast in mead to begin with so why not help them out ? Did not know if this would help or just be a bad thing. :confused:
